1-When can I expect my order?
The processing time depends on several things: the type of order and when you place it. The good news: Shipping is free for all prepaid orders!
🔔 Please Note : We recommend that you make an unboxing video as soon as you receive your order. This is just a precautionary step to ensure that in the unlikely event of an incorrect product being delivered, the issue can be escalated to the courier company with valid proof.
2- What does shipping cost and How to check my order status?
- Shipping is free for all prepaid orders.Â
- Rs.99 Shipping charges are payable for all COD orders and all orders placed using store credit.
- Â Checking Order Status: Once your order is shipped, we shall send you an email with the tracking information. Else, you can contact us by email or call to check the status of your order by providing the order reference number.
Kindly Note : For Cash On Delivery Orders we do not provide card on delivery option as of now and all payments need to be made in cash to the courier personnel at the time of delivery. If a customer makes an online payment to any courier personnel at the time of delivery or before delivery, then Motiqo will not take responsibility for loss of any funds/goods as the courier personnel is not authorized to collect online payments.
