• Plantex and its third-party payment processors are authorized to charge your account for applicable fees without additional notice or consent.
• Plantex reserves the right to modify prices and billing methods at any time.
• All provided information must be accurate, current, and complete.
• You confirm that you have the legal right to use the provided payment methods.
• In case of fraudulent transactions, Plantex may share details with relevant authorities for verification.
• Plantex reserves the right to recover losses and expenses (e.g., legal fees, collection charges) from fraudulent activities and take legal action as necessary.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

• Pay the invoice amount in cash at the time of delivery by selecting the COD option during checkout.
• COD payments are accepted only in Indian Rupees.
• COD availability depends on your delivery address, as it is limited by our courier partners. Check availability during checkout.

Shipping Policy

We currently deliver products only within India. If delivery is unavailable in your area, you will not be able to confirm your order. We are actively expanding our delivery network, so please check back for updates.

• Upon order confirmation, you will receive an email with order details.
• Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 working days of confirmation.
• Upon shipment, you will receive consignment details to track your order.
• Delivery typically occurs within 10 days of shipping, with a maximum of 15-30 days in case of unforeseen delays.
• In the unlikely event of non-delivery within 15-30 business days, we will update you on the order status. If a product is unavailable, we will cancel the order and issue a refund or a coupon for the order value, credited to your website account.
• For partial deliveries, we will notify you via email and refund or issue a coupon for the unshipped portion.
• We use reputed courier agencies to ensure efficient delivery.
• We aim to ship all items together, but this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
• All orders include an invoice with pricing as per Indian tax regulations.

Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests are accepted only if the product has not been shipped.

• Plantex may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or issues with provided personal/financial details.

Refund Policy

• If you opt out of replacement, we will issue a coupon of equivalent value, valid for a specified period, to be used for future purchases on the website.
• For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original Payment Facility, which may take 10-15 working days to reflect in your statement.
• COD order refunds will be credited to the account details provided during the refund request.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Cash refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Coupon Policy

• Redeem coupons at checkout to deduct the coupon amount from the total payment.
• Only one coupon can be used per order.
• Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or schemes.
• Plantex reserves the right to modify or cancel coupon terms without notice.
• Plantex may deny honoring coupons due to suspected abuse without explanation.
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Coupons are valid for 2-12 months, with no refunds or extensions for expired coupons.
• Cancelled orders using coupons will not allow reuse of the coupon.
• In case of suspected fraudulent activity, Plantex may cancel orders.
• Coupon discounts may affect the output tax payable for the order.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India, without reference to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad. You agree to submit to this jurisdiction and waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction by these courts.
